This Returns and Refunds Policy describes how refunds work for purchases you make directly from Sevantia. Our Services are delivered online and are accessed using prepaid service credits ("Credits"). There are no physical shipments or returns.
You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason.
Refunds apply to purchases of Sevantia Services and Credits made on our website or in-product billing interfaces under your account. Team and organization accounts may designate a billing contact to make requests on the account’s behalf.
We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. We issue refunds in the original currency and do not charge refund processing fees.
As part of our standard billing process, your account balance reflects Credits consumed to run features and workloads in Sevantia. Refunds are calculated from your remaining balance at the time we process the refund and do not include amounts already deducted for Services that have been used.

If your plan includes automatic renewals, you can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges. Any refund remains subject to the refund window described above and is processed based on your remaining balance at the time we handle the request.
Refunds are issued for the amount we received in the original currency of payment. Any taxes collected at checkout are refunded in accordance with applicable law. Exchange rate differences and bank or card issuer fees are outside of Sevantia’s control.
